Dr. Faith Clarke, Founder

Dr. Faith Clarke is the founder of the Agricultural and Environmental Development Institute (AEDI). With over 20 years of experience, she has designed and delivered educational programs, conducted research, led youth leadership initiatives, and managed federal  projects across food and agriculture, environmental protection, tourism, and business development in the United States,  Sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia,  Latin America, and the Caribbean. Before founding AEDI,  Dr. Clarke worked with organizations such as the Florida Department of Environmental Protection,  Florida A&M University, and the Florida Cooperative Extension Service.

In addition to her work with AEDI, Dr. Clarke is the Chair of the National Women in Agriculture Association (Tallahassee Chapter) and served on the Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education (SARE) Advisory Council. She also volunteers with the American Red Cross and was honored by the Tallahassee Democrat Newspaper as one of the “25 Women You Need to Know.”

AEDI is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that connects education, the environment, agriculture, and sustainable development in innovative ways to create resilient communities and promote excellence across these fields:
